We have just completed works for the City of Norwood, Payneham and St. Peters in partnership with Plumbing & Pipeline Solutions. The construction of brand new unisex and disabled facilities located within Drage Reserve in Felixstow.
Before construction could begin, the demolition of the existing toilet facilities which previously serviced the reserve was carried out.
The presence of many significant trees in close proximity to the site meant we had to hydro-excavate the footings and sewer so as not to damage the root systems of the trees.
Once the slab was in place our team was able to build the framing which was then clad in a sleek charcoal external Colorbond cladding and roof sheeting as well as all electrical and plumbing services installed and connected.
Custom made Spotted Gum slatted panels installed on the roof as well as a barrier screen along the front of the building create a beautiful organic look that allows the building to blend in with the surrounding natural environment.
We are very proud of the the outcome and the high level of quality finish that has been achieved and we hope the community enjoy this new local asset!
